There is a ton of information on the internet today regarding fitness and the use of kettlebells.  Unfortunately, a lot of it is incorrect at best, and at worse, just plain unsafe.  The following are some links to the resources I use in my training programs.  Just Kettlebells believes there is there is no one right fitness solution for everyone.  I draw from each of these sources in a way that works best for me and for my clients.
 
I was hooked on kettlebells as soon as I picked them up.  But I am so grateful to have been schooled and trained on the proper use of kettlebells for strength, fitness and health.  Thank you to the StrongFirst Community, and so many other like minded organizations who are dedicated to teaching and improving strength and fitness.
