Certified Kettlebell Instruction |Restore Your Power with Just Kettlebells|Strength Training|Functional Movement Screening

Video Gallery

This page will remain a work in progress as I add more videos tips.  The videos are NOT instructions to take you all the way through a particular move, but rather hints or tip based on things I have learned from other certified kettlebell instructors or my own observations on how to improve (or modify) a technique so that it feels better and stronger.  And the videos will also give you an idea of what instruction will be like during class.  Although we get our work sets in (usually at least 100 swings per class!), there is a always a strong focus on form and instruction  (which is why I find a small group format for kettlebell training works best no matter what your level of experience might be.
